Step 2: Onboarding and Training
Selected leaders will undergo comprehensive onboarding, ensuring they’re fully equipped to represent Self Chain. The training will cover:

- Resources like FAQs, content briefs, and outreach guides to help leaders hit the ground running.
Step 3: The Role of Regional Leaders
Regional leaders are the cornerstone of this initiative. Once onboarded, you will act as community builders, event organizers, and advocates for Self Chain in your regions. Your key responsibilities include:
- Organizing AMAs or Twitter Spaces: Facilitating discussions about Self Chain and its ecosystem in local languages.
- Driving Discord/Telegram Growth: Encouraging activity in region-specific Discord/Telegram channels with events, challenges, and engaging conversations.
- Hosting Offline Events: Planning meetups, hackathons, and workshops to attract and connect with Web3 enthusiasts and developers.
- Managing Merch Giveaways: Distributing branded merchandise to community members during events and campaigns to encourage participation.
